Healthy-er-ish Carrot Cake

Here's an easy, healthier way to make a cake mix carrot cake.
(I got a variation of this recipe from my friend, Teresa.)1- box carrot cake mix
1- 14 oz can pumpkin
3/4 cup water
Mix ingredients and bake according to package directions.
It makes a dense and moist cake.

    Woohoo, I'm going to try this one, no eggs, or oil, just pumpkin and water! It looks DELICIOUS!!
