calling all pizza dough

We want your pizza dough recipes! In an effort to be more frugal, I am trying out pizza dough from scratch instead of using my standby Pillsbury dough in a can. I tried this one yesterday. It was quick and pretty good.

  1. 2 tsp active dry yeast
    4 cups bread flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 1/3 cups warm water
    2 Tbs olive oil

    soften yeast in the warm water for a few minutes. then add the rest of the ingredients
    let rise for 30 minutes.

    cook with all toppings at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.

    i usually add a couple tablespoons of sugar (don't know why) and this makes 2 pizzas for our family cuz we like thin crust.

    I also have a recipe for Chicken Pesto toppings ..let me know if you want that too!

  2. When you find the perfect, crispy on the outside, chewy soft on the inside, POST IT PLEASE! I haven't found it either.
